Built Restoration Employee
Project Manager
Essential Duties:
Effectively manage and oversee multiple projects through all phases of repair/reconstruction. High level of organization and ability to communicate with multiple clients’ required. A typical day includes meeting with customers, tradesmen, adjustors, engineers, and inspectors.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 Year degree or equivalent military experience
- A high level of Xactimate proficiency (certification preferred)
- Strong estimating background in residential and commercial reconstruction (2+ years minimum)
- IICRC Certification
Mitigation Tech (part time)
Essential Duties:
- Respond to water emergencies in our clients’ homes and business reducing potential for additional damage.
- Background in construction practices/techniques required. Qualified applicant will be on “on call” rotation varying nights and weekends and will respond to service calls for board ups, water extraction, and emergency service management.
- Position requires individual to operate in difficult environments’ due to the nature of the position.
- Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma/GED Understanding of standard insurance mitigation processes and obligations IICRC Certification or ability to certify within 6 months of hire.

'Built Certified' Sub Contractor/Supplier
Becoming a “Built Certified” opens the door to many new and exciting opportunities for your company.
Many of our “Built Certified” sub contractors and suppliers have been with us for 10+ years and continue to be one of our most important assets.
Minimum Qualifications:
- All individuals that will be in contact or working within our customers’ homes must pass federal, local, and state background check.
- All insurance policies must name Built Restoration and Construction Services as additional insured $1,000,000 Minimum Workers Compensation Policy required (this policy must be specific to the type of work that you perform) $1,000,000 General Liability Policy required.
